The Stores & Purchasing Manager Sea Ports Corporation invites tenderers For Supply of Supply of Installing, Integrating, Testing and Commissioning of Complete VTS (Radar ,VHF&AIS)Stations
Details and specification may be obtained from stores& purchasing office port Sudan, or from the head office of corporation in Khartoum opposite Elnilein University Entrance, during the official working hours on submitting Written application bearing a stamp duty for one Sudanese Pound and accompanied by undefendable of (20,000) SDG (Twenty thousand Sudanese pounds) for one copy of such details and specifications.
The closing date for receipt and acceptance of tender by Stores & Purchasing Manager (SPC) Port Sudan- Sudan will be on Monday 22/01/2024 AT 12:00 O’clock Noon Sudan local time.
Offers delivered to our Khartoum office tenders not accompanied by initial deposit & which is not stamped by Taxation deartment will not be considered, Also SPC is not responsible for receiving offers sent directly with Cleary details or by their e – mail or fax address but they can accept offers send by e – mail or fax via any other an intermediary.
Tenders must submit and accompanied by abid bond of not less than 2% (two percent) of the total tender value. such Bid bond shall be paid earther in cash, or by certified cheque or by bank Guarantee be approved from Sudanese Bank or insurance Company guarantee.
the successful tenders must be pay 10% (ten percent) from the total of Bid currency.
the successful tenders must be paid for authentication fee upon conclusion, the official newspaper fee and decade (By Dollar)
Bidders (or their delegates) are entiled to attend the opening session in the specified date and time of the tender, after showing the authorization from the bidder.
