You are kindly requested to quote on CFR (Freight cost shall be indicated separately)
basis for the attached list 1
Please note that your quotation should be reached us not later than 10/9/2019
AT 11:00 noon (Sudan local time). Any quotation received after the closing date will not
be considered.
Please kindly Advise: delivery time, validity of price, method of payment, your bank
address & your account No, name of make and the country of origin.
SPC is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender and SPC reserve the right to
increase or decrease the quantity.
The following notes should be taken carefully into consideration:
1- Advance payment is not acceptable.
2- Offer in US dollar currency is no t allowed.
3-Offers should be Sent Directly to us by Email: Purchase.Stores@,yahoo.com
Settlement of payment for foreign currencies will be as follows:
a- Arabic countries: Their National currency.
b- Other countries: (EURO) or (GBP) Currency.
c- Amount more than (EUR) 20,000.00 will be settled by L/C .
